By using the Application, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement, including the Privacy Policy, forming a binding agreement between you and the Company.

The User Agreement shall be governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Indore, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

All materials on the Application are owned or licensed by the Company and protected by copyright and intellectual property law. No content from the Application may be reproduced or distributed without prior permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties or guarantees. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Application.

Entire Agreement

The User Agreement is the complete agreement between you and the Company concerning the Application, superseding prior communications.

Refund Policy

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7 days to the original mode of payment.
